M Par & Co. was founded by Mohit Parihar to address a challenge he encountered across every stage of his career: businesses with real potential held back by fragmented financial visibility, reactive reporting, and limited strategic insight. The firm was built to change that – bringing institutional-grade financial rigor to organizations that need it most.
Mohit’s perspective is shaped by an unusually diverse financial career. As a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 3 cleared professional, he worked at PwC Transaction Advisory Services, where $2B+ in M&A deals gave him a deep understanding of what institutional investors look for in financial due diligence. He then moved into operational finance under the CFO of a $400M+ revenue services company, building scalable reporting across complex, multi-entity environments.
Today, as VP at a boutique investment banking firm supporting lower middle-market transactions, Mohit leads M Par & Co.’s consulting practice – giving him a 360-degree view of what strong financial operations look like at every growth stage. This isn’t theoretical expertise; it’s experience earned across deal rooms, operating floors, and investor presentations.

When I started M Par & Co., the goal was simple: to bring structure and clarity to the one area where most organizations struggle – finance. Having worked across controllership, FP&A, and consulting environments, I saw how even strong businesses often operate without the right systems to connect numbers with decisions.
Our intent was never to build a large firm; it was to build a reliable partner. A team that CFOs and finance leaders could trust – not just for technical capability, but for judgment, consistency, and integrity.
